MPL has begun development of a top of rail friction modifier formulation "TopStick" and applicator targeted towards reducing top of rail friction and providing energy savings.

SpillX is a new high flow pollution prevention locomotive fueling system developed by MPL Technology to bring aviation fueling technology to the railroad industry. The system has been designed to reach fueling rates up to 600 gallons per minute using a dry break connection which ensures no fuel leakage at disconnect.
